The Burnham Way was established in 1997 as a vehicle for Burnham employees to contribute time, talent and treasury to local San Diego charities. The Burnham Way Committee is comprised of employees from all areas of the company and is committed to a charitable plan that enables us to give back to our community and help those less fortunate.
Burnham Way hosts various fundraising and volunteer events throughout the year that not only benefit the charities, but also give our employees an opportunity to personally help individuals who are unable to help themselves. Burnham Way is "Volunteerism at Work."
