Realty Holdings Group led by Keith W. Bassett had an impressive clientele who now enjoy a continuing relationship with Burnham. In 2006, Burnham added the significant background and clients of RL Moore & Associates through a corporate partnering that has increased the talent base and professional qualifications of the Las Vegas office. The Las Vegas office now includes more than 20 full time professionals.

Las Vegas continues to enjoy one of the most dynamic real estate and economic expansions in the U.S., reflected in the 5,000 plus net in-migration and the most positive job-creation environment in the western region. Burnham understands and tracks the economic drivers of this expanding real estate environment.
