Rick focuses on the development process from site selection, entitlement and subdivision processing, to conceptual design, negotiation of peripheral documents, and anchor tenant leases. Rick and Sarah are currently marketing two power centers in excess of 500,000 square feet. Tenants include Target, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders, Sportmart, Babies R Us, Ross, Lowe’s Home Improvement and many other national retailers.
