Bill Shrader, Senior Vice President/Principal
Bill Shrader is a Senior Vice President/Principal with Burnham Urban Retail Group whose services include: mixed use retail consulting, marketing, management, analysis, and finance of street retail properties as well as tenant representation. Mr. Shrader, who has been with the firm since 1989, has focused on urban retail redevelopment and restaurants in San Diego County. Mr. Shrader has been involved in restaurant tenant representation, land sales, urban retail consultation, leasing, and investment sales of traditional retail and urban mixed-use properties.

Corinna Gattasso, Vice President
Corinna Gattasso is a Vice President with Burnham Real Estate and Co Founder of the Urban Retail Group whose services include: retail leasing, sales, and advisory services to owners and developers of mixed use projects in Southern California and Nevada. Corinna has been in the Real Estate industry since 1999, and provides expertise in Landlord representation.

Liz Clare, Senior Associate
Liz Clare is a Senior Associate with Burnham Real Estate and member of the Urban Retail Group whose services include: retail leasing, land and investment sales along with retail advisory services to mixed-use owners and developers. Liz has over 10 years experience in office and retail leasing. During her career, Liz has leased over one million square feet of office and retail space and transacted investment sales valued at nearly $40,000,000.

Serena Patterson, Marketing Associate
With nearly four years of experience in commercial real estate, Serena oversees all administrative duties, including broker activities. She also facilitates the design and development of all marketing materials, leasing brochures and direct mailings. Serena is responsible for tracking and implementing initial tenant qualification through final lease execution and packaging. Serena received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University .

Lauren Konklin, Broker Assistant
Lauren oversees all administrative duties, including broker activities. She also facilitates with marketing efforts including direct mailers. Lauren received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from University of California at San Diego.
